I have unhealthy relationships with food

I can't stop eating...I finish my meal and I loom for dessert and another snack...I can't stop...I feel like that's the only thing I have in my life,I m single mum,I don't go out,I don't do anything for myself,I didn't had sex in 5 years,I can't go to the gym or walk,i just got to work and home and I sit in acouch and eat
