Me too! Mine was born on the 25th and I’m trying so hard to push through… my nipples feel like they’ve been grated with a cheese grater. I just try and distract myself from the pain, it won’t be sore for long and it is nothing compared to labour! You’ve got this x

Hiya. Bless you it’s so painful isn’t it. The only 2 options you have if you want to breastfeed is to keep feeding your baby as much as she demands, your boobs shouldn’t feel full afterwards-if so try to get a deeper latch. Or you could express some off I have a Hakka which isn’t as painful or long winded as a pump. If baby has slept a little longer and my boobs are too engorged I use the Hakka to get some milk off as babies find it hard to latch if your babies are too full x

Social media really knows how to unlock new fears 😅

I just saw an Instagram reel saying babies can refuse breastmilk when your period comes back or if you get pregnant 😳

This hasn’t happened to me (yet), but now I’m low-key stressing… has anyone experienced this?? Did your baby actually refuse feeds or was everything fine?

Would love some real experiences because social media has me spiralling a bit 🥲

Baby won’t sleep

Anyone else having issues with their newborn falling asleep? My baby is 1 week old today and even though he is fed he will not fall asleep! Diaper is changed, he is burped, yet he doesn’t want to rest. I naturally want to bring him to breast again, but I don’t know if I’m over feeding him.

Panic Attacks Postpartum

I am currently 7 months postpartum with twins and I seem to be having some mini panic attacks. Has anyone went through this, if so, how’d you navigate it?

Co sleeping

Hi moms.
I need some help/advice.
I have twin boys (7.5 months). One sleeps amazingly through the night, and one isn't able to sleep without someone sleeping with him (I live with my in-laws and we take turns with the boys, and they always co-sleep).
Ive asked them numerous times not to, and to use the pack n play that we have set up in their room (until we get another crib). Ive had MULTIPLE conversations and arguments with my husband about it (its a culture thing to co-sleep).
My whole thing is ive never liked it or wanted to do it. You want to, sure you do you but dont ask me to do it.
My mil was injured at work so I do understand it is easier for her to have one of them sleep in their bed (incase needs to feed in the middle of the night).
Im at my wits end because I'm having a now 3 hour battle getting one twin to sleep in his crib. He knows as soon as he makes contact with his bed he's not with someone and screams/sobs bloody murder.
I dont know what to do or how to help him.
I dont want him to be 5 years old and still sleeping with his grandparents 😪

Anyone's sleep regression seem to be happening early?

Boy just turned 3 months on 23rd, but he can't sleep longer than 30mins which I think is a sleep cycle ? Day and night. Anyone else?
