20w Anatomy Scan

Has anyone had to re-do 20w anatomy scan 4-6 weeks later due to ultra sound tech/nurse not getting good visuals on baby?? I had one a few days ago and the woman doing ultra sound made everything sound like it was good and normal then later I got a message from OB saying they need to do another one at 24 weeks because they couldn’t visualize the left radius and ulna and left fingers. I was freaking out thinking it meant she didn’t have a left arm and they said it was due to position and it happens often. I’m still anxious and hopefully I get better answers/results at 24 weeks

It’s pretty normal. The baby’s position is so hard to predict, sometimes you can get it all in one scan. I wouldn’t worry!!

I just had mine and half way through the tech got me to go to the bathroom and walk around to try and get the baby to move positions. It worked and she was able to get the rest of the pictures they needed but ya your situation sounds totally normal. I wouldn't worry 🩷

Anaesthesia appointment

Hi!
Ive been given an appointment with a consultant and it just says anaesthesia appointment. Does anyone know what this could be for? Everyone I know who’s had babies recently said they never had this appointment and no ones said anything to me at any appointments.

Is it normal to say you’d like a vaginal birth with epidural but plan for c section if any complications arise or need for inductions?

Am I being dramatic

I posted a couple days ago about losing my plug throughout the day in big chucks and I had no contractions or tightenings just kept coming out. Since last night I haven’t been able to sleep because of nausea and pain in my stomach and back, I’ve gone to the toilet about 6 times, could this be my body clearing itself? I didn’t have any pain this morning but since i’ve been relaxing i’ve had tightenings right down in my pelvis, some painful some not. I’m 36+3 so have been advised by midwife to call if i have tightenings but i wouldn’t say they’re regular so I don’t know whether i just monitor it or call them? I hate calling and it turning out to be nothing 🙈 It’s my second pregnancy but was induced the first time round so I never experienced this!

Post C-section.

So I’m 9 days PP today.
I’m still quite sore and heavy at my scar site. I daren’t bend to pick things up still & I’m still walking around the house/stairs slowly. Don’t feel comfortable unless I’m taking pain relief & also don’t want to leave the house as the car journey is way too bumpy & uncomfortable 😩
Is anyone else at a similar stage?
Does this all sound normal?

36 weeks

I have been experiencing period pains that come and go since about 11:45am and now they seem to just be there like a dull period pain constantly? Anyone else experienced this? Is it worth a call to triage?
