I have some family and friends that keeps asking if we plan on having another child. When we say no we get mixed reactions. Between “but she needs a sibling” to “good you didn’t need this one”.
The question itself makes me want to punch someone because why do they care.
But in reality I would love for my daughter to have a sibling but I can’t go through another pregnancy. No one really knows just how hard I struggled and still struggle.
I’m just so confused on why it matters.
People ask why and when I say I can’t go through another pregnancy they act like it wasn’t hard. While no i didn’t have any physical complications other than extreme nausea, I was struggling with anxiety, depression, ocd, and intrusive thoughts.

It’s no one business whether you have another one or not. No one really understands the struggle of going through why you went through but you. If you want another one but are scared of the same thing happening again with your mental health I would get a therapist or do some self therapy and then make a decision. I know it’s not easy especially with the anxiety on top of the depression let alone with the other two things also. You life matters to you and your family everyone else’s opinion don’t matter. Hope you are doing good . You are strong don’t let other people bring you down ❤️
