I just got diagnosed with this around the same time and I was told just that there is more of a chance they they can flip from head down since they are more floaty in there. So just trying to not move her around too much I guess idk.

Would you be okay with this?

Your daughter is 7 and her friend is turning 7. Friend has a sleepover for her bday (so obviously you’re not there and it’s supervised by her parents).
Afterwards your daughter tells you they’re now in a relationship and they kiss often in school (since the sleepover).

I’m not questioning if you’d be ok with the gay part obvs, but for context the friends parents are wlw too

They’re not my kids but I feel like I’d want a chat with the friend’s parents to find out if anything happened in that sleepover under their supervision, or am I dramatic and it’s fine?

General anaesthetic c section

Hello. I’m 39+3 and found out today my only option for giving birth is via a general anaesthetic c section due to my spinal injury and conditions.

I’m not great with hospitals as it is and have never had surgery so I’m really anxious about the whole thing, and finding it hard to process as I wanted a natural birth. Please can you tell me your positive experiences and tips for recovery?
Thank you x

Lazy baby?

Hello! So with the recommendations regarding baby’s movements in the womb, does anyone have a lazy baby sometimes moves lots sometimes doesn’t at all? Bare in mind I have an anterior placenta so I don’t feel every kick.

I mainly feel baby when I’m on my side and she likes to kick me at my sides.

I also haven’t figured out her pattern yet as she can be active at any time of the day randomly

Is anyone else feeling like this? Have you contacted triage for reduced movements?

This is also my first baby but I will say she is getting more active so this is a positive

C Section booking

Hello! Have any C Section mamas received their surgery date yet? Or know roughly how soon before they let you know your date? I’m due on the 15th but haven’t heard of when my section will be yet so was just hoping for some advice/previous experiences before I start chasing. I’m with Aneurin Bevan health board in south wales if that makes any difference 🙂

I had a fall

I fell on my way to the GP! They examined me but emergency refused to see me and check on the baby because I am not bleeding. They wanted to Xray my leg which i refused as i feel it is minor. I am 17 weeks so not feeling movements yet and freaking out. I booked a private scan for Saturday but I am so worried something may happen to my baby.

Can someone please explain this to me? Contractions? I know like period cramps but ugh.

Dr checked me today. Still closed she said. I’m constantly getting cramps. She said because I am having a lot of cramps that she wants to check me in a week again. I can’t sit for long with out my actual butthole hurting though. I’m limping too. So idk when tf to think if it’s real contractions though lol
