I am a FTM and my little girl is 4 months old, we have found recently that we have been disturbing her in the night we if get up for a drink or the loo. Does anyone have any tips, she Currently is in a next to me with all the sides up. We have even tried putting it away from our bed just incase we were knocking her. Don't really want to put her into her own room yet but don't want to keep disturbing her in the night, it's been a month and can't seem to find a way to stop disturbing her. She's normally a wake up once a night girl but at the minute it's 4/5 times

My baby is the same the slightest twitch from us and she’s awake. Don’t even have to get out of bed. Hopefully someone else has tips for us!

I've been reading up about the 4 month sleep regression and during this time apparently they become really light sleepers and want comfort constantly. If it is that then I just hope it passes quickly for you 🙏 it HURTS when they go from waking once to every other hour or more xx

We’ve found this with our son and he’s 4 months, it’s painful to have the lack of sleep. We’ve found a white noice machine helps for naps during the day and we might try this at night too to help mask some of the noises as we move around. We’ve found that we give my son a dummy whilst he’s asleep but wriggling and that helps to calm him too
