Natural birth is a shorter recovery time and a less painful healing process, I had my boy naturally 2weeks and 2days ago with just gas & air and pethadine, of course it hurt but it was so so worth it. All I can remember was that it hurt but I can’t exactly remember the pain, I don’t know if that makes sense or not.
Just go with what ever you feel is best for you and ur baby x

I had my son 6 1/2 months ago by natural unmedicated birth at 37+5 days and it was honestly the most beautiful experience for me personally. I was unsure on a c section as I didn’t know an awful lot about it but for me naturally was always top of my list. However my sister had a c section after she felt natural delivery wasn’t for her and she has said she would opt for a c section again. Both are beautiful ways to bring your child into the worth. Natural has a few pros such as faster recovery, increased mobility and that initial bonding with baby on chest. Which ever feels right for you is best. Wishing you all the best in your labour and recovery ❤️

I had one of each. Both were difficult in their own ways but natural birth for me felt more rewarding if that's the right word, and had shorter recovery time. Even with many complications after induction. C section for my twins was safer and more peaceful than natural birth, however had a much harder recovery time. 5 weeks later and it's still hard to get up and down the stairs and down and up from the floor

Natural birth will allow you to heal faster and be proactive with baby and truthfully house hold chores and self care the C-section means a longer recovery time not being able to relax in the bath and needing some more assistance with yourself and baby till you heal and a longer recovery time BUT you do whatever you feel is best for you

I had emergency section after failed induction, natural birth with no pain relief at 26 weeks and an induction at 39 weeks that failed and ended up in forceps and an episiotomy in theatre with spinal anesthetic..I was offered a section for my last birth and I really, really regret turning it down because both of my 'natural' births were far worse than my emergency section
