How are all you lovely July mamas doing? I’m currently 29 +5, went to my midwife appointment today measuring 36. I thought I felt massive and everyone at work has been saying can’t belong to go now. I keep saying well it’s still 10 weeks 😂 I knew baby was gonna be big my others have been but still feeling heavy!! How are you all doing

Has anyone else had intense itching in the 1st trimester and found anything that helps? I’ve spoken to my midwife and it’s not anything to worry about, just hormonal changes but it’s driving me mental and stopping me from sleeping. Things I’m currently trying/tried:Oral antihistamines - loratidine and cetirizine Emollients - aveeno Changing to sensitive body wash and laundry powder (non-bio) Aloe Vera gel (works briefly) Oat bath (seemed to make things worse) Steroid cream to the most intense areas Any suggestions very welcome!!

I’m 7 weeks today, so still super early in my journey but I no longer have any nausea. Only tiredness, and the occasional cramps (no spotting) I’ve definitely got first trimester anxiety 😟 I’ve got an early scan next Saturday and I’m just wondering how others coped with first trimester worries 🫶🏼

Has anyone had a speculum test done? If so, how was your experience with it? I feel like it’s irritated my pelvic floor as I’m constantly needing to pee
