Potty training

So long story short my nearly 3 year old daughter, has taken potty training like a master (for peeing anyway), she knows her ques and askes immediatly, she has even gotten good over night to a point her nappy is dry in the morning and she takes it off to use her potty....however pooping is a different story, she will say she needs to poop we take her to the loo and she only has a pee, we asks if she needs a poop then she will say no or get off the toilet her self...about 5 mins afterwards she will poop in her knickers, we have tried encouraging her to stay on the toilet (but like all stron willed girlies) she wont have it, we have tried putting the potty in front of the telly but she refuses to use the potty throughout the day, and we have tried giving her a book when shes on the loo but she just get fed up with it easy. Any advice please 😅 her Nursery have been quiet supportive saying its normal for girls, but i feel like we need to help her asap as shes getting stressed out over it. TIA x

Unsure teething

My little boy had rosy red really warm cheeks, his chest is a little warm & head a little warm, I've done his temperature and it's completely normal it's 37.4 at the highest so not classed as a temperature as it's not over 38.
He's quite fussy and has had badly disturbed sleep the last 2 nights. He's 10.5 months old & has his top 4 top and bottom teeth so 8 in total. I'm unsure as to whether he is teething his molars already as I know it can happen around 10-11 months where he already has 8 teeth.
Does this sound like teething? He's still having his morning and night time bottle and his 3meals with snacks during the day.
I'm unsure as he never had any issues teething with the first 8 teeth he got, we didn't even know they had come through until we saw them!

Any advice is helpful!
Thank you! From a first time Mummy who's struggling a little! X

Stay at home mum after returning to work

I have returned from Mat leave since Feb and little man has just turned a Year old Monday. He has been ill since and very clingy to me. I only do 2 days a week and he’s with my MIL during that but I can’t help but feel like I now wanna be a stay at home mum. Someone tell me I’m not crazy for feeling this?😬

Baby led weaning

Anyone else started this? Started a week ago and my baby just does not want it! She’s desperate to eat what we have in front of her and reaches for our spoons and forks, but when it comes to trying foods I prepare for her like broccoli, sweet potato, baby porridge and avocado so far she just isn’t having it! She’s interested for 30 secs then pushes away.
I know its mostly for exploration at this stage, but should I be waiting a little longer if she’s really protesting it? She can sit unassisted and has stopped the tongue thrusting to is physically ready. Or do I keep going?

Juice and other drinks

My son has never had anything other than water or milk. He is now 2.5 and knows others drinks exist like juice, smoothies, milkshakes.

When did you start letting your little ones have other drinks?

I don’t want him to have juice all the time but I don’t want him to be deprived of it that he gets obsessed when he finally can make that decision.

Weaning

Hi all, my baby is almost 4 months old and I have seen lots of food pouches and baby rice in supermarkets which states 4m+

Has anyone actually given their baby any of these before the 6 month mark?? Thanks!
