Pelvic floor

I’m 10 weeks PP and haven’t done any pelvic floor excersises, just haven’t got the time or energy. Has anyone else not done these either? Im concerned and feel like I can feel a bit of dribbling when I’ve been to the toilet

Hey momma! I feel you, is hard to find time .. what I did was combining doing them while holding baby (there is one where you pull your tummy in with wide stand and lunge to one side then the other. It's like a rocking side to side motion and perfect for rocking baby to sleep 😊) There are also some you can do while lying in bed. Just take easy ones and fit them into your day

Yes I’ve barely done them and 11 weeks pp don’t get time at all with a toddler and baby

First solo steps 😭🤍

11 months 8 days and she’s just taken her first wobbly solo steps this evening and I’m a wreck 🥹🥹 Everyday she’s doing something new and I love it so much but it also feels like the baby chapter is really coming to an end and she’s definitely, DEFINITELY, our last baby so it all just feels like a lot emotionally. What a privilege to do this journey and experience all these moments! 🥹🤍

I’m angry at the nhs

Ladies, I’m pregnant. The hospital did wrong! They told me I had a miscarriage but what they took out was lineing tissue instead of my baby . I have been pregnant for months! I’m 15 weeks pregnant. I’m so angry at the hospital and I want to cry!!!!!!

Natural birth or c section, which did you prefer?

Ladies who have had both a natural delivery and a c section, which did you prefer in the long run? I’ve had a c section and was told I could never deliver naturally, but after a scan last week they now have said that I potentially can deliver naturally if I choose to. I know the section left me crippled for months so I’d love to give natural a shot but it seems terrifying! Let me know your thoughts x
