Hi mums! How are we staying fit postpartum? I’m ready to start working out but want advice on how other mums do it. Feel like I can never fit it in other than dog walks. What do you find helps slowly getting back into your fitness ?
Any suggestions or tips would be appreciated.

I would suggest walks with the baby to start with. Then start doing light exercises to improve your core.
I am nearly 11 weeks postpartum and I have started running again. I also have a PT to help me get strong again
