How much are yall eating? Im trying to differentiate between actually being hungry and being bored and wanting to eat. Currently 30 weeks pregnant, and stay at home mom/wife.

I eat about 2,800-3,000 calories a day but honestly every one is so different. I sometimes have a hard time telling if I’m actually hungry or not especially at night. When that happens I ask myself would I eat something simple like a banana right now? If yes I’m actually if not I probably just want a snack

Also wanted to note I’m 33 weeks and do intense workouts 5 days a week

The recommendation is 200-300 more than your typical diet. I was about 1800 calories before eating about 2000 a day now 2100 some days

100g protein, 2 cups veggies everyday with prenatal, omega 3 and choline. Mandatory everyday.
On top of it I eat whatever I like. Gained 24 pounds at 30th week. The baby is 70 percentile.

I eat 3 meals and 1 snack a day which is about what I was pre-pregnancy my meals are just slightly larger!
