I’ve just been to a GD clinic today for mine 🙈
It’s just keeping a well balanced diet, more veg 1/2 plate, protein 1/4 of a plate and still eating carbs like potatoes 1/4 of a plate but avoid refined carbs like doughnuts 😂
Swap white bread for brown, the same for pasta and rice (I won’t, I just add more chicken to the pasta or rice).
Walk for 10-30mins after dinner or short walks throughout the day.
But what works for one person may not work for you so do your best.
Fruit is ok but opt for a handful of berries the size of your fist, or the smallest banana/apple etc. mango is a good bedtime snack along with cheese and cracks (1-2).
I fast for 12hrs after a dinner and a big walk, still not the best reading, I have a snack they suggest, still doesn’t work so they think for me my body is just not responding right 🤷🏼♀️
