So I had my first child just over a year ago and had an emergency csection as we both ended up with infections plus other complications. I went through labour for more than 10 hours before having the c section, so I've been through contractions and everything and it was soo painful and uncomfortable, I didnt actually think I'd have the strength to deliver naturally after going through that. Now I'm pregnant with my second and I have no idea as to whether I want to have another c section or try to deliver naturally. I thinking, if I have a planned c section it will be less traumatising compared to the last time as it will be planned and hopefully more peaceful, but I'll have 2 under 2 so I don't really have the time to recover from a c section while being there for my 1st born as much as I want to..

Hey love, I would recommend taking a few things towards the end of your third trimester - dates, raspberry leaf tea, and okra either eat it or soak it and drink 🫣. Hopefully the combination of all 3 will help ease and quicken up your labour. Dates and tea help prepare your cervix and the okra makes it easier to push out (lubricates). Not sure of your situation last time but another suggestion is to let your body go into labour naturally no matter how long that takes you over your dua date, as inductions often lead to csections. Wishing you a happy and healthy rest of your pregnancy, labour, and postpartum! All the best 🫶🏽
