High chair?

Hi all! My lo is 4 months and not fully sitting with his head up, however I want to get him a high chair to sit in whilst we eat our dinner. Any recommendations? One that will support his neck but then transition when he starts weaning? TIA

Mybabiie! They’re suitable from birth. Great quality and decent price too

I’ve just got the Maxi Cosi Ava Plus which has been amazing for support as my baby is 5 months old and cannot sit up properly either, it also has a lie flat function and other settings

Awkward coffee meet vent

I'm looking for some advice, validation.
I'm feeling a bit poo.

So yesterday I met an old work colleague for a coffee.
We haven't spoken in 6 years.
We were very good friends until she one day turned on me and for the life of me don't know what I did.
I know she was grieving the death of a friend and I did attempt at the time to ask if I had done something because she wasn't talking to me in the same way and treating me very differently.
I was so hurt that I left my job.

6 years later she messages me because she noticed a photo of me online with my baby.
I suggested going for a coffee and she could meet my LO which she agreed.
We met and she was overjoyed with my baby, asked to have a cuddle and was so sweet with her.
The conversation between us was forced and she didn't really want to know anything about me or my life prior to baby.
I was trying to ask questions about her life, Famliy etc and it was like getting blood from a stone?!
I'm just a bit confused by the encounter?
It felt like she wanted to meet just to hold and gush over my baby- which is fine a guess...
Just feeling a bit flat by it and still believing I have still done something wrong...

Silly question but will still ask!

Hi moms, my baby is 2 months old and I’m wondering what everyone uses for walks , the pram carrycot/bassinet or the car seat attachment? Which do your babies seem more comfortable in ?

How do you manage the night shift?

Out of interest, I’m just wondering how others are managing wake ups in the night?

Our LO is four weeks old and I’m EBF. My partner works from home, and this week he has taken to staying in our room for the first wake-up and then moving to the spare room. First wake up recently has been about 12:30am. This means I am doing the 3:30 and 6am wake ups alone and I struggle with the feeding, burping (quite a refluxy baby at the mo so this takes a while), nappy changing and settling on so little sleep. I don’t then necessarily get a lie in/time off because he is out walking the dog and then starting work so if baby doesn’t settle well after 6am, I can find it quite draining.

Just wanted to get some ideas from what others are doing to manage the nights and see if there’s a better alternative for us 🤔 Thanks!

Early risers

My 8 month old keeps waking up at 5.20am thinking this is a good time to start the day 😴 she goes to bed at 6.45pm and we did have about a week of her sleeping through until that time but recently she’s waking up at 1.30, 3.30 and then wide awake at 5.20. I ebf but I don’t feed her through the night, able to put the dummy in and rub her back. I can’t let her cry too much at 5.20 as she’s next door to my toddler and I don’t want to wake him up 🙈She naps in the morning 9.30-11ish and then 2.45-3.30ish. Is it just a phase?! 😴😴
