What would you say?

"This is for mom's monthly painful time. It helps mommy." Honestly, I haven't gotten to this point yet. My baby is 4 months, but id want him to know about periods eventually when he's old enough to understand.

My daughter, 4, follows me to the bathroom all the time and has seen me changing my pad or tampon. She now asks me if I need bum sticks every time I go to the toilet 🤣

I tell mine it’s a nappy for ladies 🤣
