House work 😢

Hoping someone can relate.
Does anyone feel like there house is never tidy? I feel like I hoover then the floors a mess again, always piles of washing. I only have one baby! Feel like I can’t keep on top of it but everyone else’s houses look pristine?

How?

We sent both kids to my MIL and spent 5 hours yesterday deep cleaning and touching up paint work. We only managed the downstairs of the house and it’s already a mess again today 😅

I think everyone's house is perfect and I'm the only one with a messy house too. We need to deprogram that from our minds

Yes! I have a nearly 4 year old and an 8 month old constantly a mess it’s clean but toys and clothes everywhere 😖 mother in law always moans about it when she comes round but will never look after the kids so we can sort it out you are not alone xx

I feel the same. I work Mon-Thurs and hubby works Mon-Wed and Fri. Other than the usual tidy up as we go, we've agreed to deep clean 1 room top to bottom each on our day off while son naps. It's definitely helped make it feel less overwhelming.

Please someone explain psychology

I get angry at my husband when he's speaking the truth... (which of course is negative) we have been trying for over a year to conceive after a miscarriage 😞 we are getting frustrated his testosterone is fine at 700.... i honestly think I'm pmsing... im 8 DPO ny body knows by 7 if im pregnant and I get signs by 8 DPO if im pregnant or not.. im a bit discouraged myself and I wander if I am trying to stay overly positive cause the negative hurts more..... i just want to understand why I get so defensive and angry when he speaks that way....

Fruit portions

How are we prepping fruit for 2 year olds? LO is 22 months but I feel like I'm maybe too cautious with things like watermelon, mango, pineapple? I wanna slice it super thin but then she doesnt seem to enjoy it much, I think she'd rather bite down on a bigger chunk but then I'm worried of choking risks? Sorry if this sounds daft!

Weaning

My baby is 7.5 months and is not interested whatsoever. I've tried every way I can think of as well as a variety of foods. This isn't my first baby so I have done it before 😅
My little girl also still leans to the side when in her highchair/any seat so I'm not wanting to try solids yet until she can.

Am I lazy/a bad mum?
