I’m sleeping 2-3 hours a night, and not even in one stretch. I don’t want to take sleeping pills atm because I struggle getting up the next morning and either need to do the daycare run early or look after my 3yo. Meditation isn’t helpful for me, and I already don’t use my phone/TV before bed, I read instead. We’re going away this weekend and I’d like to be able to enjoy, so literally any tips to sleep, unhinged or not, please help lmao

Magnesium glycinate
Exercise and eating well helps too. Reduce caffeine (even chocolate).
If you feel like you've tried everything then I would suggest going to the GP and get some bloods.

Have you tried melatonin. It's not sleeping pills it is the natural hormone that helps you sleep. My husband has the gummies but there are other kinds. You can find it in the vitamin aisle. The over the counter type is in small doses and it's not addictive or anything. You can use it to fall asleep and there are ones that help you stay asleep because it's time released while you are asleep. I even take it sometimes. My husband and I have issues winding down because we both have ADHD. Melatonin helps when we have bouts of insomnia.

Magnesium glycinate, chamomile tea, melatonin supplements. Maybe do bloodwork and see what’s going with your hormones as well.

Its not a quick fix but for me a bedtime routine has helped, I wear pajamas that I change out of right away when I get up so theyre only for sleep and I read and have chamomile tea or something warm before bed. Ive tried melatonin in the past and didnt work for me
