Any advice on baby carrying, naps, breastfeeding and cosleeping post up?
I’m due to have my gallbladder removed in a few weeks and planning support to care for my baby.
I have a 6 month old who is exclusively breastfeeding and co sleeping, often with carrier naps and the odd buggy nap.
I need to know when I’ll be able to hold him and how much support lll need through the day and night. Bonus I also have a 4 yo!

My husband took over co-sleeping with our baby for about two weeks, she likes to dig in her toes into my tummy when sleeping. I was also unable to wear her until the wounds had fully closed which was about a week. I would suggest using a breastfeeding pillow to protect your stomach from wandering hands and toes during feedings. Also those first few days it was hard to actually pick up the baby, I needed someone to hand her to me instead.
