Coffee while pregnant

I’m about 12 weeks pregnant rn. I’ve had some pretty bad nausea and fatigue since about 4-5 weeks along. I’ve noticed there are a number of days where coffee actually helps my nausea. I know we are supposed to limit how much caffeine we have daily and I stick to those limits but I was curious if anyone else noticed coffee helped their nausea too? Or possibly knew why?

I honestly never thought about that and I’m 23 weeks rn but I will definitely try drinking coffee when I’m nauseous to see

My best friend had HG and swore diet coke was super helpful. A hispanic aquaintance swore by coke with a little salt and a little lemon. I did better with diluted fruit juice or ginger soda. Each to their own

Had my 2nd little girl Molly-Roux who was due the 1st June but she came on Friday the 15th May at 11:41am weighing 6lbs 13oz at 37 +4…she decided she wanted to have the same birthday as mommy.

Both me and baby are doing well. Her big sister is obsessed with her 🩷 can’t wait to see the arrival of everyone else’s babies good luck ladies 🥰

Is surgery and recovery from a planned csection is better than an emergency one or the same?

Elaborate if you want. I had an emergency cs with my first and an emergency cs with my second after a failed vbac. I want a third baby and its gonna be a planned cs (i dont think any doctor would let me do a tolac again) so i was wondering if the experience is different/better. Thanks

Small baby

I had my 31 week scan today and was told that my baby is on a small side. I didn't worry about that at all tbh as my husband was born small too so maybe runs in a family. I also had all tests for any genetical issues but all were negative.
Maternity Unit was really good they checked baby's heartbeat and set another scan in two weeks time.
I felt reassured, but now I started doing some research and reading (I know, not the most clever thing to do) and I'm now worried.
Should I worry? Or is it still early?
He has been moving a lot today and oh I get the most awful Braxton Hicks fairly few times a day .. ...

30w3d Dr App

Had my dr app this evening, and she checked the position of the baby. The baby is currently very low into my pelvis, that explains why I’m struggling standing at the moment such pressure there

This is my third baby, so I’ve a 16 year old, 3 year and this baby is due 24th of July

If the baby has gone in very deep to pelvis already, could I still go the full length of pregnancy or maybe early? He is measuring just 1 week and a half ahead

Fundal height

Hi, FTM here, I had my first fundal measurement today at my 25 week appointment and came back at 48 percentile, does this mean the baby is measuring at this percentile? This is the first time they have spoken to me about percentile.

C-section bloating and constipation

I’m on Day 7 after a c-section and I still look about 7 months pregnant. I was prescribed moviscol and lactulose on day 5 to try to get my bowels moving, and I’ve had a couple of extremely loose stools since but nothing much. I’m in a lot of pain with this and my bruising is only just starting to come out. It feels like a lot of internal bruising too.

Is anybody else the same? Is this normal? I went to triage yesterday but I guess it’s waiting to see if it resolves itself?
