I agree, I’m having a hard time myself with all day sickness! And also triggered by smells! 😭

Try anything with Ginger. Ginger chews or gum has been helping me.

Mine is soooo much worse at night. From noon until i fall asleep is so rough. I’ve tried ginger, peppermint tea, lemons… the only things that seem to help are eating something every 1-2 hours(even if its just a couple crackers), eating only simple easy to digest foods, and B6 throughout the day. Oh and this is v woo woo but i was so nauseous the other night i had the spins just laying in bed - i listened to this anti nausea frequency and within 10 minutes all my nausea was gone. Ive been returning to it when things get bad and its been helping. Hang in there! Hopefully by second trimester we’re all past the morning sickness phase of pregnancy https://youtu.be/E8Ea159nx2g?si=A4fsnEga51bXH54Z

My mom gave me a good tip that heped for a while. She said to drink a little bit of orange juice before the meal. The acidity helped break down the food. Also eating protein with every meal.
Overall, just avoid things thay trigger you. Everyone's different... hang in there mama...

Woof.. sorry. Yea it only helped for a little bit. Sometimes the best is advice is to make your own. I survived on cereal and marshmallows with my 2nd pregnancy.... so if you find something that works, stick with it and dont let anyone tell you otherwise.

Fun fact, the actual medical term is "nausea and vomiting of pregnancy" (NVP). They've been trying to phase "morning sickness" out for awhile now but the hardest part is getting the general public on board with it and one of the important parts of being a medical provider is using language that patients are familiar with, thats why they still say morning sickness

Supplementing with B6, 25mg 4x a day or 50mg twice daily depending on what works for you helps significantly with nausea and taking Unisom in the evenings before bed also helps
