So I’m currently 30wks and 5days and a ftm. Today I randomly had diarrhea accompanied by some crazyyy cramps and pain on my mid back that hurt so bad I had to get my husband to come rub it for me as I was pooping😅I had cramps around my whole stomach and butthole. Once I was done, my back still hurt so bad I needed to lay down, but my stomach wasn’t super hard like they say it gets during labor. I’m worried though because I feel baby moving lower and even though she’s been active, she’s been slightly less aggressive w her kicks today. I don’t want to overthink it but I’m starting to. On Mother’s Day, I also had to get an emergency laparoscopy because my left ovary was twisted 3x and the pain was so bad I couldn’t sleep (I went to the er and that’s when they found it). Everything went perfectly fine w the surgery and I’ve been healing great! I have no idea if the 2 are even connected really, but I’m starting to get worried. Has anyone experienced anything like this?

Diarrhea in the weeks before labor is not uncommon, but my advice is always to call and get a medical providers advice if you're worried.
Its better to be told its nothing than to wait on something you should be dealing with

I started having diarrhea with cramps at 30 weeks too. I’m almost 34 and it’s still happening. I have no advice because it’s also still worrying me but my midwife said it’s fine. I would just let your doctor know since the cramps in your back were that bad! Oh and My babies movements also got less aggressive when it started too!! I called the 24 hour line and they weren’t concerned because she moved 10x within an hour…

i'm not sure about the diarrhea, but im 30w3d and my baby flipped a few days ago and his movements changed DRASTICALLY. not nearly as aggressive and more movements closer to my pelvis than all around my belly. i got an ultrasound just to make sure everything was fine and he is doing great! your baby might have flipped, and that may be causing the difference in movement! i would def recommend letting your OB know about your symptoms though! just in case

Could just be some wicked poop cramps but always call your OBGYN

Go to the hospital it's really not worth it
