I need to add father of my children to their birth certificate URGENTLY

I did not add him straight away, but I was going to do it because I don't have anyone with me in case something happens to me...now I am planing to travel with my kids, they are 3 and 1...and I need their father to help me, the problem is that he needs a schengen visa...and I don't have much time now to apply for his visa and he is not on a birth certificate, so it might be a challenge...I need to reregister their birth and add him on their birth certificates ASAP. We both can attend...anyone been in a similar situation?

Hi, he should only need to attend to give his details. He willhave to bring his passport and papers of his status in this country and brof of address and the register will amend the birth certificate and will give you a new copy but also have another back up plan if something happens to both of you then write down who you would want to be your children legal guardian and then give it to someone you are close with that way they want have to go though courts.

By help do you mean financially and putting him if the birth certificate won’t make him want to contribute I’m talking from my experience btw sorry if this isn’t the case with your ex but him being on their certificate would mean he was more change of getting rights and having parental responsibility

Confirmed?!

I’m 18DPO, spotting right now (I thought it was my period coming?!). Is this positive? 🥹 my digital tests came back negative, so I’m really confused! When should I test again? Has this happened to anyone that they’ve had a faint line this late PO? I’m worried it’ll fade 😣
