Those that experienced this, when you went into real labour do you think it made it quicker?

I stayed at 1cm dilated throughout this and ended up being induced with two pessarys and had my waters broken for me. After my waters were broken I was fully dilated ready to push just 4 hours later. Though I ended up having an emergency caesarean as my baby was breach and diagonal.
Don't know if the prodromal labour meant I progressed quicker when things were happening, or if it was the kessarybinductions, or a combination but this was my first baby so also don't have anything to compare to

Bleeding postpartum

I’m 6 weeks postpartum and am still bleeding. The bleeding stopped around week 3 then came back super strong (bleeding through night pads and clothes) on week 4, I was even passing clots as large/thick as a pinky finger. Went to the ER and the ultrasound showed my uterus is clear and looks fine. Bleeding decreased and now on week 6 came heavy again. Did anyone experience the same thing?
