I am 22 weeks and have been struggling to sleep due to restless legs/painful hips and sciatic nerve pain. Some nights are better than others but this has been going on for my entire pregnancy and I am slowly losing my mind.
I make sure I exercise everyday, I’m taking magnesium before bed, and I’m seeing a pelvic floor physio for the sciatic pain who has given me exercises to do. All of which I’m sure help a bit but does anyone have any other suggestions?!

I had restless legs BADLY. A warm shower then hoping straight into bed so I was relaxed enough to easily fall asleep

I had horrible restless legs and sciatica in my pregnancy with my daughter. My midwife recommended Restavit which is otc at the pharmacy. Maybe speak to your midwife before taking it but it helped me drastically.
