Finally got my 3+!

6+3 today, not tested since my 2-3 last Saturday and so happy to see 3+ after so many chemical pregnancies. First scan on Tuesday and I’m actually getting excited instead of dreading it ❤️

Different symptoms/gender related

This is my second pregnancy and i have very different symptoms this time. I mainly just feel tired and occasionally feel sick. With my daughter i was SO sick for like 6 weeks straight. Wondering if this can be gender related?

Has anyone had really different symptoms for each pregnancy and had different genders?

Punched in the privates

Hi ladies, I am 38+6 with my second child and for the past few days I am in so much pain in my vagina area. I can be sitting down, go to stand and walk and it completely stops me. It's like I've been punched on my pubic bone and it's severely bruised (without the bruising ....or the punch!) I never had this with my first, is anyone else experiencing anything like it? I've had lightening crotch but this is different! May just be baby burrowing down ready?

Breech birth

Has anyone opted for a vaginal birth knowing that baby is/will be breech at birth? My midwife is pushing for a c-section is baby doesn't flip but im really against a c-section. Im thinking to keep pushing for a natural birth even is baby is breech still. I knkw there are more risks but surely k owing baby is breech then more preparation can be done?

Naming our son

So I’m not sure how to tell my child’s father that I’m not naming him what he wants to name our baby for a couple reasons.
1. He only has his last name and middle name.
2. He picked out the first name
3. My son practically won’t have any ties to me.
We’re not together but even when we were I wasn’t comfortable with the name and just ran along with it to not cause drama. But now that we are together and most of the time don’t get along , I don’t want to give him that much power of his name.
I don’t mind giving him the first name as a middle name and both his and my last name but he went and got the name tattooed before we even agreed on it.
How do I tell him how I feel because honestly I already know the drama is gonna be horrible after.
