Everyone has their own preference whether to vaccinate their kids. But in my opinion it’s better for them in the long run. I’ve had 3 kids. Now nearly 11 years , 8 years and 16 months. I don’t think it’s changed my children at all. You get them being a little grouchy when they have them but they soon get over it. x

vaccinations don’t change your kids, correlation ≠ cause and effect

vaccination saves lives

I am very sorry you are a victim of misinformation but please look at actual evidence behind vaccines and don’t rely on heard immunity. Most of the horror stories you hear probably have nothing to do with vaccines or are caused by allergies to medication etc. it’s not worth to be risking your child’s health over some urban legends

In as much as vaccines are helpful, remember they also have side effects unfortunately. So sometimes in some kids they end up having too much toxins in their little bodies. Lemme use my son as an example . My son was very vocal before vaccines . I gave him all but 3 days after 16 weeks i noticed he has stopped is normal babbling self to now shouting and not daying anything . Since then i decided not to go for his 1st birthday vaccine. I detoxed him before getting my son back . Now by the Grace of God he is back to his self . No shouting any more . Just talking and running as if nothing ever happened to him .since then he has never fallen sick not even for a second . So strong without vaccines. So pls let noone advice u otherwise . Just go and google and have a thorough research and decide for urself . I cant tell u if to do it or not but this is my experience. I have 2 kids . The first had all her vaccines and nothing happened to her . But the second one i decided to stop as everyone and their bodies .

My boy is up to date with his vaccinations and will have what he needs. He had a fever for a day or so when he's hadvthem but otherwise been fine. There's no way I'll risk exposing him unprotected to meningitis and measles

What age did you stop with monitors?

Hey mums,

What age did you stop using a camera/monitor to keep an eye on your little ones at night time?

Bedtime

Do you have a set bedtime? I try and start the routine of bath, story, feed and bed from about 9pm but don't know if this is too late. Wakes anytime between 3. 30-5 for a feed and then again at 6 and then wake for the day at 8.30. Only has 2-4 naps during the day - either following feed or when out for a walk

Co sleeping one year old

So how do you safely co sleep with one year old?
We have never co slept, but with this heat we are all gonna have to share a room to try and cool down with one fan but I’m worried my baby is going to crawl/fall out the bed when I’m asleep?!

What age would you leave your child alone in the bath?

So my children are 3 & 1 and I bath them together every night because I can't leave them in the bath if the other one starts crying (plus they both love the bath so as soon as they hear the water running my 3 year old starts getting excited and my 1 year old starts crying until I take him in there). Their room is right next to the bathroom, it's one thin wall between them and there isn't much of a hallway upstairs on my house all the doors are connected on different walls so it's literally just a small square. It's hard to get my 3 year old out of the bath but my 1 year old gets fed up after a while which makes it kinda hard to get them both out ready and into bed. My auntie said to just keep talking to my 3 year old while I quickly put my son into bed then get her out and sort them both properly. So I tried it tonight, when my son started crying I took him out, got him ready in the bathroom and started singing my daughters favourite song so she would sing with me and I quickly put him in his bed that had his tonie box and bottle in it already while me and my daughter were singing and went in and got her out. It went smoothly and was so much easier but I still don't really like the fact she was in the bath alone. She's doesn't like getting her face wet and I would've heard any movement or splashing, she was just sitting with her toy duck singing with me. But I just idk is that okay?

Also just to clarify the first answer option. I mean if they can fully wash theirselves (hair and body) and get in and out of the bath on their own.
