Would you have an issue with this or not?
Purchasing shoes off Vinted marked as NEW without tags. Specifically purchased because of the “NEW”.
Item arrives, rubber white soles are clearly dirty and show signs of wear (one can only assume this as the dirt is on the EXACT same spots on both soles, brownish orange colour). The inside of shoe and top of shoe are in good condition and look clean. Smells fine. Would you have an issue with this?
Please don’t comment on simply not having issue with buying or using used items as that is not the point of this.

It depends how much you paid compared to if you had bought new or in used condition. if it was significantly more expensive than exact same shoe that was marketed as used good condition then it’s frustrating but honestly kind of like whatever it’s nice enough. Make sure when you look at clothes in future they have every angle pictured too I guess or message seller for more photos. If bottom of shoe was clean in photo then could always report, review, or message seller. Sorry that happened though it is frustrating
Yup this would piss me off and I would report to Vinted
It's the nature of vinted unfortunately. You can't trust everyone. I've definitely spotted things listed as new without tags but it does state in the description that it's "basically" new, only worn a few times but they wanted it to show in searches because people filter to only things that are brand new. I'd be peeved but unless I'd paid a significant amount for it I'd chalk it up to experience and realist it to make my money back if I wasn't going to use it. Or just relax the standards this once lol, I actually prefer to get kids shoes in particular a little worn in because they're a bit more comfy that way!
