Is there such thing as too much braxton hicks? Today I seem to be getting them constantly and it’s a lot more than usual

No, its fairly common to even have 1 or 2 an hour, id definitely say drink more right now though, as dehydration can be a cause for them being so frequent. Although id definitely say contact your midwife if you're under 37 weeks, waters broken, any vaginal bleeding and if they get stronger and closer together

I turned 37 weeks today and had around 10 an hour last night. Iv been having them since 20 weeks and they normally come more in the evening but definitely coming on more!
It’s so normal, and unfortunately signifies nothing to do with labour 💀😂 xx

I went to the hospital at 33/34 weeks due to having a full day with them they were horrible I've had them since but definitely not as much as that day it's usually on and off so next time they bad it will most likely be really labour contractions due to me now being 39 weeks
