Help please!

I had this at around 15 weeks, and turned out totally fine ❤️ they told me it could have been old blood from having sex in the prior few days. It is much more worrying to have fresh / red blood that is gushing, from what I understand, than brown discharge which is old blood

Was this triggered by anything - exercise, after a meal? Is the discharge small?
I had two episodes, one early on at around 10-12 weeks, after an intense-ish workout. It was old blood hence brownish colour and it stopped within a few hours.
The second one was much more scary at week 17 when I had quite a big bleed caused by eating large quantities of a chia seed pudding I made at home which massively strained my digestive system and somehow led to bleeding but the bleed was confirmed afterwards that it was from outside the uterus, not inside.

I had this my first pregnancy at 16 or 17 weeks and it was old blood, but I did go in just in case and everything was fine. No harm in going in and making sure

Thanks girls, it seems to have stopped but im going to go in and check checked.. I haven’t done anything out of the normal today or the last few days, just freaked me out when I seen it
