Chips, fish fingers, potato waffles that kinda thing… we’re slipping into a habit of him having them more & more as it’s the only thing he’ll eat and I feel like a failure of a parent 😭 we’ve tried so hard to give him a good varied diet but he’s become so fussy… feel like such a bad parent

V rarely. My freezer desperately needs defrosting so I simply don’t have the room for all that stuff in there!

I think that stuff is totally fine. All foods in moderation. I would just say not to stop serving a wide variety just because you think they won’t eat it. We can’t learn to like foods we aren’t served. We do the one tried and true food included with any meal and then the rest is just whatever we happen to be having that day. Now that certainly doesn’t mean we don’t use freezer/convenience foods because we definitely do!

Basically never because we don’t eat that sort of stuff very often and she just gets served the same dinner as us every day.

I try to do the veggie versions or organic versions. Also organic bbq and ketchup made of whole foods if she does. She also like bananas, apples, berries, avocado, mandarins so i rotate those all day. Also a multivitamin but im look for a good one if anyone has recommendations.

A lot

My daughter isn't a fan of the textures of meat so we do use chicken goujons (frozen) often.
Some nights like tonight she had those with frozen chips (cos it's too hot to stand and cook)
Other nights she'll have whatever we are having (or similar). I usually make sure there is at least one thing on the plate I know she likes and with new stuff we have the deal that she smells, licks and tastes it. If she doesn't like it she doesn't have to eat it.

Never because my daughter eats what I eat and I don’t like those foods.

More often than I’d like. But I will use frozen fish/ nuggets with fresh food for example so the whole plate isn’t beige frozen food.

Rarely but here those things are expensive so I just don’t buy them. They’ve had that kinda stuff at friends or families houses though. Don’t feel guilty or like a bad parent. It’s hard getting kids to eat sometimes and as long as they’re fed and happy you’re doing great!!

Once a week maybe? It’s usually on a Tuesday or Friday as Tuesdays she has a club after school and we don’t get home until just before dinner and she’s starving so I do something quick for her (or heat up left overs) and then at the weekends we might all have a biege meal like pizza, chicken strips in a wrap with salad etc.
Nothing wrong with some nuggets & potato waffles every now and again!
Honestly I just find it easier to make one meal and thats it and we always try to eat together at the table so she usually just has whatever we do.
