I was lucky in my first trimester because I didn’t experience any vomiting, just really bad nausea.
Now, the nausea has definitely subsided but I can feel my body physically changing and how it’s putting pressure on my stomach. I’m even more sensitive to what I eat and sometimes it gets so cramped so quickly that I throw up.
I’m bummed because I was really looking forward to the second trimester and feeling better. Anyone else dealing with this? What’s helped?

Yes! Honestly first trimester for me was dealing with nausea n cramps but now going into 2nd trimester I will say the nausea seems to of kicked in a bit more lol I deal with it every morning til about 9 or 10am. But its definitely alright hopefully it gets better :)

I have been the same way! I definitely had nausea in my first trimester, threw up a few times, but so far only a few weeks into my second trimester, I’ve thrown up much more. I also seem to only experience it at night. I am fine in the mornings. So weird. Sorry I don’t have any solutions to offer, but you are not alone.

Thank you! 🙏
It’s just so validating to know this is normal and I’m not alone.
What a pain in the butt 😅🫠

I had a week off from vomiting around 15wk and now Im back to throwing up at least once a day every other day. But Ive had terrible nausea the since 7/8weeks. But I used to vomit multiple times a day every day in the first tri. Im so ready to feel normal again lol
