I gave birth 4 hours after my water broke

Avatar

With my first, waters went at 9am contractions started at 10pm. Baby born at 8.20pm the next day via c section.

My second, waters went at 5pm, contractions started at 5pm the night before. Baby was born at 11.21pm (day waters went) via c section.

Both sections semi elective because I had been labouring a long time and was tired and fed up without being allowed gas and air. Xx

With my first I had delivered her within 3 hours and with my second I was ready to push straight away x

About 6 hours later with my 2nd - but they weren't painful until about 10/11 hours later x

My contractions started first with both my previous births. First was probably born a couple hours after water broke and second was within a couple minutes only

8 mins but had been in labour for 11 hours prior to them breaking x

For me contractions started about 5 hours after my waters broke

I was induced so might be different to other experiences but my waters broke at 7.30am and I was already having mild cramp like pains before this and I say they amped up around half 9. But I also had a really quick labour and he was born at 13:26

When to have sex after c section postpartum

Help!! They don’t really tell you when it’s ok? I’m 2 months PP and my partner is like hello … I need to know when it’s safe and what the risks are. I feel like my healing has been slow. And when did you first have sec afterc section and how did it go?

To anyone who has a 3 year old.

Can you help me understand. My daughter just turned 3. She has minimal tv, we are outside ALOT, she’s in gymnastics and loves to get out and see other kids. Today we played with kids at 2 different parks. Anyway, my daughter has been waking up in the night recently with what I think are nightmares. She struggles to be consoled. She dropped her nap when my son was born. The girl will not rest. Are these nightmares related to being overtired ? She’s also been very emotional as well. What do you think ? Anyone experience this ?

Insomnia 🙃🫩🫩

Can anyone give any advice or just let me know I’m not alone…

I am 21weeks pregnant and SUFFERING with insomnia. I have spoken to my midwife and GP and they have not offered any solutions. Also being told it’s ‘normal’ hasn’t helped 😅

I am SO tired at this point my emotions feel even more heightened so going to work is becoming even more difficult and I just feel like I’m alone in this…

Early labour?

Is this early labour? I even got a small amount of liquid on my underwear when I did go to the bathroom but I’m not sure if is pee or my waters 🫣 this is my second, but the labour with my first was a chaos .
