Hiya hun it may be nothing to worry about or it could just be the angle I would always say go in and get a check just to be on the safe side , some people can only have sex in certain positions and some people cant all together but on the whole its safe and probably nothing to worry about xx

Call the midwife team. It could be a number of things best to checked out.

Sex after C - Section

TMI!!
First time mom. I had an emergency c-section 10 weeks ago and sex seems to be off the table. It burns when we attempt to even have sex and it feels completely way too tight?
I feel so embarrassed. Is this forever?

I’m going in for reduced movements again

It’s been 4 times in the past week. Surely this can’t keep happening? I’m going there for 6/7 hours because of shortages of staff and doctors.

There must be a reason???? They just fob me off. I’m 37+5

Maternity triage for reduced movement

In best case scenario, how long do they usually monitor you for before they are reassured when going to maternity triage?
Trying give a realistic estimate for what I should tell my manager before going. Obviously I know it could be longer if they noticed something is wrong.

Elective c-section vs vaginal birth

I was pretty confident in my decision to have an elective c-section. I suffer from vaginismus, really struggle with vaginal exams and I’m terrified of instrumental delivery. But I had an appointment with an obstetrician yesterday and although she wasn’t judgy she was so heavily in favour of vaginal birth and really scared me about elective c-section particularly increasing risk of miscarriage and still born etc in future pregnancy and the baby having to go into neonatal care risk being higher.
I’m not really sure what my question is - just feeling very overwhelmed and wondered if others have made this decision their reasons for it and how they feel confident in it.
Thank you all

membrane sweep

I had my sweep today and honestly wasnt that bad. it wasn't pleasant but it was over with quick enough and being told how my cervix is was quite encouraging. if it sends me into labour I'll update but so far I just feel a lil strange in my lower stomach
