If your partner committed a crime and got a jail sentence, would it be akin to them cheating on you in the sense of it being that big of a betrayal?

That’s how I feel. It would be an absolute betrayal to do something so stupid that it landed him in jail and took him away from his family and all his responsibilities. It’s selfish.

Context, me and my partner are having a debate.

Hmmm..... it might depend on the stupid thing he did. A friend of mine got arrested for beating the snot out of his sisters boyfriend when he slapped her infront of him.
Something like that i could forgive FAR faster than a DUI or a bar fight.

Context matters. Not everything illegal is immoral.

there are so many “crimes” that i would actually be pissed if my spouse had the opportunity to do and chose not to “for our family”.

Many MANY times my hubby has held himself back from punching someone or getting into a fight w someone coz me and/or the kids were there. His single self would’ve done it, no doubt. But he has alot of self control when me and the kids are around. He would never land himself in jail for something that could’ve been totally avoided by emotions/choice. Yes he swears at them, he has bad road rage. But I’ve never seen him step out anymore like he used to pre-kids. He once ran someone over but that’s because the dude was on foot running full steam at our car 🤣 he just didn’t stop. I don’t blame him for that one 😂😂 (dudes okay btw lol)

Can I vent for a second? Topic: Pride month 🌈

I’m a lesbian parent and struggling with Pride content. Let me be clear, I love Pride. I am a proud lesbian and I celebrate every year with my friends and family. It’s part of who I am and it brings me so much comfort and joy. But every year I am bombarded with comments and content and “can you believe Sesame Street posted this?!” It’s so disheartening. It’s so hard to read over and over and over again that me and my family are seen as sinful. Unworthy of representation. Something to be hidden. Gross. So this June I hope some of you are more mindful of who is reading those comments. And for those of you who can relate, I see you and I love you. This is why we celebrate 🌈💖

No sex drive

Anyone else feel like they have no sex drive since given birth? I had my daughter nearly 7 months ago and sex doesn't even bother anymore.

I never had much of a sex drive before but now I'm so past it. I can't even be arsed with it anymore

YOTO CARDS ADVICE

Please could anyone be so kind to share where they buy their Yoto cards from? I recently returned a Tonie 2 box due to multiple issues after exchanging for new ones and ended up buying my son a Yoto. I’ve purchased three Yoto cards from the Yoto‘s website and it’s been two weeks since I was told it’s been dispatched and still haven’t received them yet. Customer service is non-existent. Is there any other reliable source to buy Yoto cards?
