What makes you feel it could be disrespectful to MIL? I think she would be honoured x

It's your way of honouring both grandmothers because it's their both names. It doesn't matter if it's a middle name or the first name. If she feels upset because you didn't pick her first name, she'd be a self absorbed bitch. Sorry to say that, but life is not about and around her. You thought of a nice way to honour both grandmothers and that's the nicest you could do.

It's a nice way balancing both sides and honouring both grannies👍 You can't please everyone, do what makes you comfortable, happy and feels right for your baby. TBH, they should feel proud of you xx
