I feel like I’ve already gained 10lbs in the first trimester cause my diet has been so terrible. I don’t typically eat this much carbs and sugar but all I crave is junk food, milk and cereal, or fruit, the thought of anything else makes me want to vom. :( I haven’t eaten vegetables in weeks.

I’m with you on this one I’m experiencing the exact same thing. I’m going on 4 months post postpartum and getting back in the gym trying my best to create a form of discipline for myself to eat more nutritious meals. It will most definitely you will get to the point where the cravings will lessen. You are doing great 💖

This was me when I was pregnant. Then they told me I had gestational diabetes and it honestly felt like a death sentence 😩
