Mama without a gym - workout advice for tone and strength

Hi ladies! I used to be a big gym girl, a climber and a runner but since kids I have zero access to a gym (no childcare) and not much time to myself.

I was 14st after baby 2 but have gotten down to 9st 9lbs over the last year but it’s time to get toned AF. I have little muscle strength left but I can see the tone right there under the surface, I want my abs and arms back! My goal is a bikini. I have never owned one and it’s time at 35 I had the confidence to finally wear one 👙

Any at home workouts you’d recommend for a busy mum who can’t go running anymore? I need to start at the beginning I think and build my stamina back up. I have a few dumbbells and a mat in terms of equipment.

Father’s Day…

As Father’s Day is approaching what’s everyone getting their partners?

It’s my partners first Father’s Day, he doesn’t wear jewellery, the last keyring I got him came off eventually but thinking of getting him a personalised one or a personalised top! On the other hand was thinking of booking somewhere that him and little one could go together.

Just looking for ideas, I’m one that goes all out on gifts🩷

Super high sex drive

I’m nearly 4 months PP and my sex drive has come back with a vengeance my husband can’t even walk near me without me getting excited and even after the deed I want to do it straight away again I haven’t been like this in 6 years (we have 2 children) is it just me or does it happen after a baby? I’m loving it but I’m just intrigued if it’s just me lol.
