I’m 38 weeks, c-section is booked for next week.
I’m so sad as I really wanted to try give birth this time as I didn’t get the chance with my first born.
😞 but nothings happening no signs nothing

Girly you are still giving birth! Just because it comes out the sun roof doesn’t mean it is any less of a birthing experience, it’s just different from a vaginal delivery! 🩷 I can imagine you’d be gutted as it was an experience like no other, but don’t think it means you are t giving birth at all! I promise when you see that baby the first time you really won’t care at all how it happened! It’s the best experience of your life, and then when you think about it 3 months after and look at the tiny human smiling at you, you will not even care how it came out. You still grew them, you made them 🩵

Is there a medical reason why it has to be c-section? I thought they allowed you to keep going until about 42 weeks to go into labour naturally if it’s safe to do so?

But I completely agree with Grace, you are still giving birth whichever way it comes!

How are we dealing with the exhaustion?!

How are we all dealing with the exhaustion??? Baby is 7weeks old and I feel I haven't had a full night sleep in months (which is technically true as I didn't sleep great in the third trimester).

Baby boy does to a chunk of sleep most nights from around 9/10 - 2/2:30 but then can be really unsettled after 3. I know I'm lucky that he does a chunk of sleep but I'm sick of people telling me that because I still feel absolutely wrecked from tiredness!

Also sick of people telling me I look great because I really don't feel it!

Sick of being pregnant!!

Hiya everyone FTM here! and as the title states, i'm sick of being pregnant😩🥲

I’m currently 36w and 3d pregnant and i want it to end so badly!

Baby is currently measuring 4w ahead of what he's meant to be which is fine (i am 5ft 4inch and my partner is 5ft 7inch but i come from a family of people who are 6ft+ so knew there's a possibility) i know i shouldn't rely on the scans as they're inaccurate but it's a worry😅

Last time i got my scan the ultrasound tech told me i wouldn't need to go to the maturnity unit this time but possibly next time (this Wednesday) i'm unsure on why id need to go up there?

I also have a midwife appointment tomorrow to talk about my birth plan. would i be silly to asked to be induced?

I’ve hated every part of pregnancy and honestly enjoyed it for 2 or 3 weeks at most which makes me feel so horrible and ungrateful but, i just cannot stand the pain! the lower back pain is killing me off, same with the pelvic pain and pressure it honestly is starting to hurt to walk or do anything in day to day life. i'm also experiencing nausea again and i HATE it!! im having trouble sleeping too and it's definitely taking a toll on me now.

I had it put down to being dramatic (maybe i am) as i've never been through this before but i honestly feel so helpless and useless, also crying over the silliest things again and honestly it’s annoying me🤣

I’m a stay at home but i'm not doing much around the house when my partner goes to work all day and i physically cannot do anything as it causes too much pain. i cannot help but cry because i'm feeling worthless🥲

Baby keeps trying to come early.

Hey yall! Anyone else baby trying to make an early appearance? I am due July 24 and he has been trying to escape since April. I am now on complete bed rest even walking around the house I just start randomly contacting. Look at all that hair in the 4d!

Gender scan uncertainty

I had my gender scan at 15w GA in WTTW and was told it’s a boy… I don’t know what I’m looking for but my boys scans did not look like this one and my friends due in July and was scanned at 15 weeks and her gender scan looks the same as my previous pregnancies… (I have twin boys and she’s having a boy) so I’m so unsure about the decision on this scan!

I’m probably wishful thinking as I’d love a little girl but thought I’d post for any advice or what you think? I haven’t got any girls to compare

Trying to get in shape

Hey loves I’m trying to start getting my body right but I don’t know how or where to start. Is anyone able to guide me? maybe be my diet buddy and my exercise buddy. I’m just not sure how to do anything for my body after a c section. Not being able to feel that portion of my stomach is so weird, especially being a first time mom.
