Hey! So my son turned 2 in April and still only says a hand full of things and barely at that. He goes to speech therapy twice a week to help with it, but I’m not sure it’s really doing anything. We just started daycare once a week bc a few people including his pediatrician said it could help with his speech. I feel like I’m trying everything and it’s starting to make me super emotional especially seeing kids his age and even some younger thrive with their language. Are there any tips or tricks people can recommend me? I really want to hear his voice and him to talk to me :((((

My boy is talking a little but definitely not to real words yet. He's coming along. But we just talk to him as much as possible about anything and everything. We say things repeatedly and try to get him to repeat it. My boy doesn't go to daycare and unfortunately, our circle is very small and he doesn't have any kids his age in our family. Not every kid is talking by 2. It's ok
