How to switch from exclusively pumping to breastfeeding?

Has anyone successfully transitioned from exclusively pumping back to breastfeeding? My daughter was exclusively breastfeeding for the first 6 weeks with a nipple shield but then had her tongue tie released and her weight started going down, I started giving her the bottle to make sure she’d fed well and since then she stopped latching on my breast and I’m exclusively pumping now. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

My daughter had to have bottles for the first few weeks due to poor latch etc. When I wanted to get her mainly on the boob again I just started giving her a chance to before the bottle, even if she just had a suck and a ‘play’ to start associating the boob with food again and eventually she latched on and now we’re ebf. You could always speak with the infant feeding team?

Second hand baby stuff

I am curious what everyone thinks on second hand baby stuff like, car seat, push chair, cot etc. babies grow very fast, they grow out many things in just few months and kinda feel like it is a waste of money and not good for the environment. And also think as first time mum he/she is going to be my only child so I should get whatever is the best. On a dilemma 🤷‍♀️

How much do I actually need to buy?

First time mum, due in September and trying to not over spend. What is everyone’s opinions on how much you actually need to buy. I’m thinking along the lines of baby grows, how many will I actually need? And any other items which you’ve found you end up buying more of for no reason.
Thank you!!

Nap times

Anyone mastered nap times for their baby?
Mine constantly fights sleep and I am trying to work out a schedule/routine to make it a bit easier on all of us. Please share yours.

Sterilising

Are we still sterilising our bottles? I know they say to sterilise until they’re off formula because of the bacteria and all that but I put formula in his porridge and don’t sterilise the bowl and he’s fine? So surely I can stop? 🤞🏼
It’s becoming a real ball-ache of a chore that I dread doing after he’s gone to bed!

Hitting other kids

Hi all, my boy is 28 months and recently we noticed he's started hitting/pushing other children. He only seems to do this at his regular playgroup, whenever other kids get close to the toys he's playing with. My boy gets very possesive over toys.

He goes to nursery and we've not been told he does this there! He's generally very happy and is thriving.

When it happens, i tell him to be kind, we share our toys etc and repeat this.

Any good tips from mum's who are/have experienced this? TIA
