Just wanted to check what routine your babies are on with food/milk if they’re still breastfeeding. My little boy (just turned 11 months) does….
Breakfast
Boob at morning nap time
Lunch
Boob at afternoon nap time
Dinner
Boob at bedtime
And then usually one more feed in the middle of the night.
I have no idea if he’s having too many feeds now though, because he’s having 3 proper meals (and has a big appetite!)
But when we’re out and about he’ll happily nap in the pram without a feed first…so I don’t know if he should be dropping one?!
Any help appreciated x

We do the same except boob first thing before breakfast rather than overnight, we just rock him back to sleep now. Xx

Hey, I had a HV visit today and asked this exact question! She said that BF babies are so different to formula. So where formula should be on 3/4 bottles daily, as longs as baby is eating 3 solid meal- a BF baby can have as many feeds as they want
