How are your toddlers social skills?

Sometimes I get worried my son is too blunt with his words and sentences. Which obviously he is 3.5 so it makes sense, but the anxiety in me makes me feel like other kids with think he is mean or bossy.

I kind of love this with my daughter. She is very blunt as well. I absolutely love that she tells things like she sees them. It helps me understand what she perceives and understands. Then again, I'm raising her to be very vocal about things. What kind of things does your kiddo say that is blunt?

My daughter is good at saying things like "Dont do that. It hurts my feelings." Or "mommy, your shirt is messy. Need to change?" Lol

However, we do try to steer her from making comments on anyones bodies. No comments on skin, hair, size, height, voice, etc. And nothing about a persons appearance that can't be fixed within five minutes, like her saying my shirt was messy. Easy fix.

Tooth extraction

I am having a wisdom tooth extraction next week, I will be sedated and the procedure will take about an hour and a half. I have a four month old and I’m exclusively breastfeeding. In the consent form it says I shouldn’t breastfeed for eight hours and I should pump and dump.

I was wondering if any of you had a tooth extraction with sedation and are breastfeeding?

Can you tell me if you had to wait with breastfeeding? If not was the baby okay?

A lot of places say that I don’t have to wait and I can breastfeed as soon as I feel well enough. I have pumped some milk and kept it in the freezer, but I’m not sure if it’s enough and I don’t know if the baby will take the bottle.

Wake windows

Hi, my baby is 12 days old and is starting to stay awake longer and longer and I have no idea what to do with him, we've done tummy time but he's too young to do it too long. He just stars at me and me makes funny noises and I havnt got a clue what to do with him. He can't even see very far yet 😅 please can I ask what you guys did?

When is too early for my ex partner to have my daughter overnight

Me and my ex broke up three weeks ago and he’s already asking to have her overnight. She is 8 months formula fed and semi co-sleeping

Since birth she has been very much dependent on me and breast fed for the first 3 months
Any advice?

Did you notice new words, signs, better communication, or anything else you could directly attribute to her? Or is she just a lifesaver when you need 20 minutes to get something done? 😂

Hi Girls

When should I start putting my baby down to nap, atm i'm still contact napping every nap in the carrier because he either wakes as soon as I put him down or if he does stay asleep he only sleeps 30 mins or less, hes nearly 7 months, im actually completely fine contact napping but im feeling v bad about it as if im doing something wrong and I should be teaching him now 🤔

If your answer is keep contact napping then when long term should I stop? Hes going to Nursery at 9 months old

Help

So I accidentally made my now two months old, a Velcro baby. I’m not really able to get a lot done nor get enough sleep. If I lay him down, he sleeps for a little bit and wakes back up like he can sense I’m not near him. I don’t know what to do.
