I worked my due date out as the 8th January but the midwife said it’s the 4th January. I mentioned my cycles are longer than the average 28 days and she said they still have to use the average cycle. Does anyone know why they do that if I know my cycles are 32/33 days?

I am the same, my cycle is about 32 days. The private clinic I had my early reassurance scan at took that into account and gave me a due date of the 3rd of January. NHS due date is the 30th of December. My midwife said I’ll get an official due date at my 12 week scan where they’ll do all the measurements and everything.
