My son is 2 months old and I would like to exclusively pump due to inconsistent latching and baby’s tongue tie. I’m currently combo feeding due to low milk supply but hoping that consistent pumping will increase my supply.
I use the spectra 1 and though it’s a fan favorite, it doesn’t empty me out and I usually have to single pump. (I’m on my 2nd spectra 1- company sent me one after issues but I don’t see a difference )
With that said - which pumps are we using? Do you prefer wearables or electric double pumps?

Momcozy M5 - absolute game changer for me

I would say although you're LO is 2 months, if you're wanting to build and maintain a supply I was told a proper machine (like Spectra or Medela) was best (I haven't tried loads of wearable pumps but found they don't empty me as well.
Have you tried all the different cycles and suctions with the spectra? Also making sure your flange fits properly as that can reduce supply x
(My LO is only 4 weeks so I'm just going off advice/guidance from the feeding support team at the hospital)
