Y'all 😂 I am 13w5d pregnant with my daughter and became a SAHW two weeks before finding out I was pregnant. Any advice for transitioning from working full time for 17 years to taking care of my husband, three cats, soon to be puppy, and myself? I have 100 hobbies and feel like doing approximately 0 of them - my first trimester was the worst I've ever felt (and that's with chronic illness)!

I have been a SAHM since having my son in October of 2024. During pregnancy and the newborn period, I would try to keep pretty low expectations for yourself. It’s such a gift to not have to work full time during pregnancy! EVENTUALLY when you’re feeling more up to it, it may be helpful to build a little schedule for yourself. For me this included house chores I wanted to get done each day/week and any other goals I wanted to accomplish. Think of it as being self employed where you’re your own boss lol. My first trimester with this pregnancy has also been rough and my schedule has gone out the window. Have a lot of grace with yourself right now.
