So Thursday morning I woke up, stretched, and immediately got a Charlie horse in both of my calves. My left calf is mostly fine now, but my right calf will NOT stop hurting.
I just woke up from a nap about 20–30 minutes ago (Friday around 4:10–4:20), and honestly it hurts worse than ever now. I don’t know what else to do for it. I’ve already taken Tylenol, taken a warm shower, and tried rubbing it very gently, but nothing seems to be helping much.
Does anyone have any suggestions? I already plan on contacting my OB, but he isn’t in today, so I have to wait until Monday. If it’s still hurting by then, I’m definitely going to give him a call.

So, this pain can last a few days. Stay hydrated (96 oz of water minimum), alternate ice and heat, and alternate ibuprofen and tylenol. Is it red and/or warm in the area of the pain?
