Does anyone have intensified hay fever- ITS KILLING ME SLOWLY

What are you taking? I sometimes get hay-fever but today and yesterday and now these early hours I'm really struggling. My eyes are puffy red, watery and my nose is literally a tap. I can't breathe and I sound ill. I'm actually really struggling. I got hay fever tablets that the chemist said to take but actually the leaflet says don't take if pregnant, called Dr and they said i can but not daily. I struggled to sleep yesterday as it feels like my pillow is smeared with pollen and now ive woke up i cant go back to sleep becausemy eyes are steaming and my nose is running and completely blocked. Help! 🥲

OMG SAME!!!! I’m just powering through as I don’t want to take any medication if I can avoid it

I’m the same my midwife gave me nasal spray and hayfever tablets, she said no decongestants as that’s the bit to avoid whilst pregnant apparently but it certainly been killing me off also !

I suffer every year and usually have 180mg fexofenadine to try and prevent symptoms being bad but spoke to my doc who said they don't recommend taking any antihistamine and to just to go to chemist and ask for a nasal spray and eye drops that are safe for use in preganacy to relieve symptoms but I honestly think I will just ride it out but I'm the same as you ladies.

Should dads be allowed to stay on the maternity unit overnights?

When I was in having my last baby, the written rules were dads had to leave by say 10pm and could come back in the following morning. It wasn’t until hours after I said goodbye to my husband I realised that the 3 other women in the room had been allowed to have their partners stay. One was snoring loudly, one was constantly walking and hovering about and also using the in room toilet which stated patient only. The gaps in the curtains made me feel extremely uncomfortable with boobs out, bleeding and vulnerable as you expect after a birth. I also was aware they could hear every personal question the midwife would ask me. This is making me anxious for my delivery this time around :-(

I think I may be pregnant.

So, I've been experiencing a lot of pregnancy symptoms for the past 3 weeks or so. I took 2 pregnancy tests, and they were both negative. So I don't know what to think. But Chatgpt said it was two soon for the tests. So I don't know. I'm just confused and have a lot of mixed emotions. My best friend thinks I am pregnant, however. I'm getting all the symptoms I got when I was pregnant with my son, tho. But I think I'd just wait for my cycle, and if it doesn't come, that'll let me know if I am. What do you think, tho?

After pains

Has anyone found anything that helps the after pains?
They are way worse after my second. I am breastfeeding so I know that makes them come strong when feeding!
I’m taking paracetamol/ ibuprofen but I’m still curling my toes at these cramps 😖

Water run? Morrisons test.

Hi! Took this test this morning (12dpo, no period yet) and I’ve seen this on my test. Unsure if it’s a water run or maybe something more. What are your thoughts?

C Section Advice

Hi! Our baby is breech, and we just tried an ECV which was unsuccessful at 37 weeks. Our c section is scheduled for June 25. Moms who have had c sections- how can I prepare? Should I get a binder for afterwards? Any tips on how to best care for myself and baby would be so appreciated!
