My daughter has been awake for the last 5 hours completely refusing to sleep and non stop screaming with gas pain. Nothings helping. Massages, leg pumps, everything. I don’t know what to do she is in so much pain I’ve given her calpol and infacol and she’s also had teething granules as she’s teething. I’m just I don’t know what to do now

Both my children were the same.
I found infacol made my children worse, we moved to gripe water, every 4 hours and it helped bring up wind massively and as it's more natural.
Also when my son had colic, he would scream for 5/6 hours every night for months, I got some mommy bliss, which also helped bring up wind, and to settle him.
If you haven't, try giving her a warm bath, massage her belly in the bath, as if there is trapped wind, the belly usually goes hard. You can also try laying your baby on her tummy for short periods as it helped dislodge air.
If you haven't also tried, sit your baby on your lap as you would normally burp her , supporting her chin and the back of her head, move her round in a circular motion, 12 times each way, to try move the gas up.
Try some gripe water during a feed or after, I did used to do it before, it helped so much!
I really hope she brings some up and you all manage to get some sleep x

I think infacol can be worse sometimes, gripe really helps us and also just keeping them upright and constantly patting
