Good music…?

I wanna start stretching,maybe doing some yoga and Pilates at home.Probably either after 10pm bc my family is usually all asleep by then or early morning like 4:30-5am bc they’re usually not awake yet.

Can you guys recommend good instructors to follow for yoga/pilates or anything inspirationally althetic. I was thinking for half the work out putting like nature sounds or some kind of soft music to meditate with as well. Ideas 💡& suggestions would be lovely!!

Sex drive

I have a super high sex drive and the guy I'm sleeping with he doesn't. Sometimes I feel like he's not intrested. But it's always been like this for me. Even when I was pregnant my sex drive was sky high even more than when I wasn't. So do you think something is wrong with me?

Happy Pride Month 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️

I've had a rough start to the month, I thought I was going to be able to start HRT before Pride/during the summer but due to sudden rescheduling on the office's part I will not be seen for treatment until late summer/early autumn, just depending on how things go. My state is trying to take HRT coverage away with my form of insurance and that may also cause further complications with me receiving treatment as well.

I've been going by he/they pronouns on certain spaces online (have not come out much in person yet), I do not involve my children in my transition (they are free to refer to me in whatever way feels most natural to them) they do not currently know about the details of my transition.

However today, my oldest (3yo) randomly referred to me as "he" and has been calling me "daddy" more frequently and that has made everything feel alright. Simply put, to my fellow LGBTQ+ members (& especially trans individuals) the right people will see you for who you are and accept you, even when you feel stuck or alone 🫶🏻 Happy Pride Month! 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️

Friends?

I struggle making friends because I don’t feel like I really “fit in” anywhere and im pretty awkward but sometimes you just gotta take the risk so here it goes! Hi I’m Sarah! I’m 32, I have 5 pretty cool kiddos, I’m married and truly shock that someone actually tolerates me 😂. I love all things spooky so witchy Halloween horror fall vibes is my jazz. I’m a coffee addict who does enjoy water and wine sometimes. I like yoga, art, reading and anything outdoors. I’m part of the dead moms club so I use a lot of dark humor to cope with that. I’m sometimes brutally honest when I don’t mean to be and I guess that isn’t cool but hey 🤷🏻‍♀️ I’m really the least judgmental person because we are all moms and humans just doing our best to get through the day. I’d love to meet other moms who actually like talking and not just a message here or there, I’m mainly a text/snapchat/fb kinda communicator but will do a phone call if necessary. I’m a good listener so if you need someone to vent to or need advice I’m your girl! I can also give you a pretty good laugh because my life is sadly comical most of the time.
